Throughout her professional journey, Roshi has collaborated with companies in the United States, as well as multinational organizations, spanning across industries such as biotech, education, entertainment, government, healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology. Roshi's academic background includes a master's degree in public health with a focus on health promotion and behavioral sciences from the University of Louisville, complemented by a bachelor's degree in biobehavioral health from Penn State University. She possesses a certification as a Public Health Professional from the National Board of Public Health Examiners.

In this episode, Roshi shares her journey from public health education to entering the world of benefits and well-being, ultimately finding herself in the consulting side of the industry. Roshi and Seth discuss the evolution of her work, from focusing on data analytics and population health management to now specializing in culture consulting and employee experience. Roshi also highlights some exciting projects she's been involved in, such as developing global well-being initiatives and addressing mental health and diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
