Dr. Noeldner is a Partner and Senior Consultant in Mercer’s Total Health Management specialty practice.
Steven works with employers to develop health management strategies as well as to evaluate, select, implement, and monitor performance of wellness and health management programs. He has over 25 years of experience in health management, and has written numerous papers and book chapters.
Steven holds a Ph.D. in Exercise Science with concentrations in Sport Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Biomechanics from Arizona State University and a Master of Science degree in Adult Fitness & Cardiac Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
